Receive your order

Purchases made on weekdays before 5pm will be received in a period of between 24 and 48 hours; those purchases made after 5pm or during the weekend will be received within 48 hours. (Once the cooperative receives the confirmation of the payment.)

What if i am not home?

Our purchase form includes the possibility to receive the order in a different place at home; however, if you are not there at the time of delivery, the carrier will contact you by phone (which is why it is important that you indicate one) and, if he is unable to speak to you, he will leave you a receipt. so you indicate a new delivery date.

What if there is no stock of a product?

Returns

All products purchased on www.terrall.es have a repayment period of seven working days from the day you receive the order.
